As Leasco’s Vice President of Operations Rory oversees Leasco Management’s complete commercial real estate portfolio. Prior to going into family business of commercial real estate, Rory received his BA from the University Of Arizona. He worked in the telecommunications industry for 10 years during which he also got his MBA with a focus on finance and real estate. He then assumed his role in the family business in 2001 with a focus on growing the company. With Rory’s leadership Leasco’s portfolio of commercial holdings has grown to over 3 million square feet of space with a value of over $400 million.

As Leasco’s chief financial officer, Lori oversees and manages all of Leasco’s financial operations. Lori’s involvement with the financial aspects of the company extends back over 23 years, previous experience in accounting another 10 years. Her in depth knowledge and experience has guided Leasco through the complexities of changes in the economy and the various forms of financial considerations for numerous commercial properties, including self storage properties. Lori’s commitment to budget optimization, reducing expenses and driving revenue has created numerous successful commercial properties during her tenure.

Dax has been heading Leasco’s construction management division and managing the company’s self storage and commercial business park construction projects for the last 6 years. His day to day responsibilities include overseeing facility layout, design and construction, supervising of all plan changes and approvals through architect and engineers, managing the construction of site improvements and city and state compliance and issuance processes. He also oversees storage retro fit projects, draw requests and quality control punch lists for company’s various storage facility construction projects in 3 states. Dax is a licensed general contractor in the state of Florida.

Dan has over 35 years ofhands-on experience in both the Manufactured Housing and Recreational Vehicle Industry. Before relocating to Florida, he owned and operated a Mobile Home Construction Company for more than 20 years. After moving to Florida, he developed marketing plans to increase park occupancy. He set up sales departments which included a program to relocate an existing Mobile Home tenant and their home. He currently oversees the daily operations of several Mobile Home Parks and Recreational Communities. Dan is a licensed Mobile Home and Recreational Vehicle Dealer.

Gunnar has over 17 years of experience in management of both retail space and self-storage operations. Gunnar is currently south western properties district manager and has been responsible for the day-to-day management of up to 800,000 square feet of Self-Storage space. Gunnar has been an integral part of Leasco's self storage portfolio from its inception performing property evaluations and retail leasing to developing brand new properties and expanding existing properties. Over the course of his career he has assisted in the acquisition and management of 15 self storage facilities in four states. .

Aycha has been heading Leasco’s marketing efforts for over 7 years. She has over 15 years of consumer products, high tech and commercial real estate marketing experience. After completing her BA, she worked as marketing product manager for a Fortune500 company. She received her MBA with a focus in marketing and worked in the high-tech industry prior to joining Leasco. Aycha oversees the planning, implementation, tracking and budgeting of all online and offline marketing efforts. Aycha’s dedication has resulted in 50% higher than industry standard lead close ratios all across Leasco’s storage portfolio.
