Dale Williams, President & Founder
Dale Williams is the President and Founder of Leasco Management Company. Dale founded the Leasco companies over 45 years ago with the first development of a mobile home community in Simi Valley, California. Since then, Dale has overseen the growth of the company as its ownership and management interests have expanded to multifamily, self-storage, warehouse, and mobile home/RV communities in California, Arizona, Nevada, Mississippi, Texas, Tennessee, Ohio, and Florida. Dale is a graduate of the University of California Berkley.
Anthony Hengel, Controller
Anthony is the Controller of Leasco Management Company, he oversees and manages all of Leasco’s financial operations. He has been with the company in various roles for more than 15 years and his broad experience over his tenure with Leasco has included acting Area Manager overseeing the operations of several properties, Property Manager, Staff Accountant, and has assisted with Human Resources.
Vera Boggs, Regional Manager Vera has over 17 years’ experience in Manufactured Housing and Manufactured Housing Sales. Before joining Leasco Management she was working for another well-known Management Company with Communities spanning across 17 states. She sat on the Directors Council and assisted in developing plans for future projects, Employee engagements and Resident Relations. She received multiple recognition awards for her hard work and diligence. She currently oversees the daily operations of several Mobile Home Communities, RV Communities and Self-Storage properties.
