Dale Williams, President & Founder
Dale Williams is the President and Founder of Leasco Management Company. Dale founded the Leasco companies over 45 years ago with the first development of a mobile home community in Simi Valley, California. Since then, Dale has overseen the growth of the company as its ownership and management interests have expanded to multifamily, self-storage, warehouse, and mobile home/RV communities in California, Arizona, Nevada, Mississippi, Texas, Tennessee, Ohio, and Florida. Dale is a graduate of the University of California Berkley.
Lori Brenning, Controller
Lori is the Controller of Leasco Management Company. Lori oversees and manages all of Leasco’s financial operations. Lori’s involvement with the financial aspects of the company extends over three decades. Her in depth knowledge and experience has guided Leasco through the complexities of changes in the economy and the various forms of financial considerations for numerous properties, including self-storage properties. Lori’s commitment to budget optimization, reducing expenses and driving revenue has created numerous successful properties during her tenure.
Alex Williams, Director of Operations & Acquisitions
Alex Williams is the Director of Operations & Acquisitions of Leasco Management Company. Alex is responsible for overseeing the integration, performance and progress of all managed assets, ensuring financial goals are met and property strategies executed. In addition, Alex oversees the acquisition process from initial market research creating investment strategies, to sourcing and negotiating property acquisitions, and the due-diligence and financial analysis. Alex’s time with Leasco extends back 12 years starting with Leasco as an Assistant Site Manager in self-storage. Alex is a graduate the University of Colorado.
Dan Barnewolt, Regional Manager
Dan has over 35 years of hands-on experience in both the Manufactured Housing and Recreational Vehicle Industry. Before relocating to Florida, he owned and operated a Mobile Home Construction Company for more than 20 years. After moving to Florida, he developed marketing plans to increase park occupancy. He set up sales departments which included a program to relocate existing Mobile Home tenants and their homes. He currently oversees the daily operations of several Mobile Home Parks and Recreational Communities. Dan is a licensed Mobile Home and Recreational Vehicle Dealer.
Tony Hengel, Staff Accountant
Tony Hengel is the Staff Accountant for Leasco Management Company. Tony assists in preparing and analyzing financial reports, maintaining financials records, and monitors the financial activity of all Leasco Management managed properties. For over 10 years Tony has been a part of the Leasco team and during that time has been instrumental in his duties, including acting area manager of multiple self-storage properties.
